Installing TurboTax is fairly straightforward if you follow these steps carefully. Whether you use installturbotax.com or installturbotax com, the process is almost identical. If you haven’t downloaded the software yet, check our Download page.

1. Go to installturbotax.com or installturbotax com.
2. Sign in or provide your license code if asked (see details).
3. Download the correct file for Windows or Mac.
4. Run the installer, following any prompts for installation location, terms, etc.
5. If updates pop up, install them right away (especially relevant for 2024+ versions).
